We use this machine to form sheet metal parts and profiles to customer drawings, for one-off jobs and production runs.
Key specifications: up to 120 tonnes press force; bending length up to 3000 mm; sheet thickness up to 10 mm (subject to part-specific review); table width 450 mm; stroke 260 mm.
ERMAKSAN PB FALCON 2 × (3100–175) tandem CNC press brakes
Working together, the two machines provide a bending length of up to 6200 mm for long profiles and formed components. CNC control and crowning support repeatable bends.
Key specifications: 2 × 175 tonnes nominal machine capacity; tandem bending length up to 6200 mm; Delem 58T control; CNC crowning; throat depth 410 mm; stroke 275 mm. Actual bendable thickness depends on material grade, bend length, V-die opening and part geometry.
From slit coil to finished bent component through one supplier. We can prepare blanks on our own slitting, cut-to-length and punching lines. ASSIX makes one-off parts and production runs from ASSIX-sourced or customer-supplied material.
