Weinbrenner BPM-T 1525 × 30 CNC punching machine
This CNC machine has 20 tool stations and an automatic positioning clamp system. We use it for punching and perforation to customer drawings.
Key specifications: 30 tonnes; up to 6.0 mm; sheet size up to 1500 × 3000 mm; workpiece up to 174 kg; up to 750 strokes/min; 0.1 mm positioning accuracy; 0.04 mm repeatability.
Prima Power Sharp 1530 CNC punching and cutting machine
This 20-station servo-electric CNC machine handles punching, nibbling and perforation. We make holes, cut-outs and contours to the customer’s part drawing.
Key specifications: 250 kN; 0.5–8.0 mm; sheet size 300 × 100 to 1565 × 6074 mm; workpiece up to 200 kg; up to 900 strokes/min; punch diameter up to 89 mm; 0.1 mm positioning accuracy.
ASSIX can punch sheet metal prepared on its own slitting and cut-to-length lines or material supplied by the customer. We manufacture one-off parts and production runs to drawings, with material preparation and punching coordinated through one supplier.
